On the left are links to the material I have developed as an introduction to an IEP and Self-advocacy unit in my 8th grade class. We use it at the beginning of the unit when we are introducing the types of disabilities. Often times, most of my students do not know what their disabilities are, so we talk about the types and then have them investigate them.
